The connecting cable is the link between the front connector module and the terminal module. It transmits 8 signals or 32 signals and the supply voltage. The maximum bridgeable distance is 30 m. The connecting cable is available in two different versions:

• Pre-assembled round cable

• The pre-assroud cable is made of 16 or 50 individual cores with a cross-section of 0.14mm2. The two ends are ech assembled with an insulation-displacement connector. With the round cable version 4 x 16 to 1 x 50 pin, there are four 16-pin insulation-displacement connectors (side of front connector module) allocated to a 50-pin isulation-displacement connector (side of terminal modul) by means of a 50-pin cable with a cross-section of 0.14 mm2. The round cable is available in shielded and unshielded versions of various length.
